Some may call it a dupe. Some even dare say that it's better. How does the cheaper Garnier version rank up to the original Bioderma?

If you are yet to  be sucked into this new world of a 'water' based makeup remover, then you are most definitely missing out. It's so highly raved by makeup gurus and artists! Plus its so easy to use, simply use it as you would a normal oil based makeup remover but instead, you don't need to rinse it off afterwards.

So you may know everything in Australia is ridiculously expensive. There isn't much difference in regards to the apparance of the two products although the bottle and amount/size wise there was a slight difference. The Gariner version came in a 400ml bottle(recently came out with a smaller travel of approximately 150ml and most recently came out with wipes. Read at the end for a bonus mini review) compared to the Bioderma that comes in a 500ml bottle. A bottle of Bioderma will set you back 42.99 at Priceline (or more reasonably price at Chemist warehouse for $24.99) and $12.99 for the Micellar Cleansing water.

GARINER 400ML - $12.99
BIODERMA 500ML - $42.99
In conjunction with Garnier not only being cheaper, it is also more readily available.
But let's look at a simple liquid eye liner test to really see how well they work against each other.
 B for Bioderma || G for Garnier

From the pictures above, I'm sure you can see that the Bioderma was able to take off a lot more of the eyeliner off with the same amount of effort.

To be honest, even though with the Garnier there was still a bit of eyeliner left over, for the price, its still a great choice.
