Whenever I'm in a new country, I always feel twinkly..like I'm super independent. There's this.. adrenaline feeling that I'm addicted to. I mean, as a 19 year old girl travelling without my family thats a whole lot of freedom- not complaining one bit. Singapore is a country that had been on my 'must travel' places for the longest time. Multiple times I would try through Changi Airport and never leave to actually set foot in Singapore. Finally in February 2015 I got the opportunity to travel and spend a week exploring all that Singapore has to offer.

We flew with Scoot (which is a sister airline of Singapore airline) on a morning flight which I will probably never, ever do again. Morning flights are not my thing. Waking up super early to get to the Gold Coast airport which takes like an hour. It isn't pleasant especially if you're going to spend an additional 8 hours just sitting on a flight. Just my thoughts. Although the flight overall was nice, smooth and the sits had a lot of room surprisingly! Although most airlines are fine for me cause i'm so short, I don't really have a problem with being 'compacted'.
Please excuse the off focus shots....and the pillow. I know I held it really awkwardly. I think we got too excited to go out and explore and tried to hurry the photos along.

[Update 20th August 2016]
I remember a lot of what happened in Singapore, but I guess we decided to 'live in the moment' rather than take a billion photos.
